China Card consumable
China Card is an unlockable consumable in Martha of Bethany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Deals 25 damage to all enemies in the room and drops the card at a random spot in the room several tiles away from Isaac. If the card dropped after use is not picked up in 5 seconds, a hand comes from beneath the card and takes it away.
Each time the dropped card is picked up, triggers the card's effect again, dealing 20% additional damage and reducing the countdown before the hand appears again by 0.5 seconds.
If the Revelations mod is enabled, Sarah starts with this card.
How to unlock?
Defeat Ultra Greedier as 
Tainted Martha.
