Shopping Cart item
Shopping Cart is an unlockable active item in Martha of Bethany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac raises the shopping cart above his head. Picking up any shop item or devil deal item in this state stores the item into the cart and displays the total value of items in it near the active item slot.
Holding the active item button pays for all the items in the cart, dropping them around Isaac.
The cart can store up to 5 shop items or 3 devil deal items, and cannot store both shop items and devil deal items at once.
For every 25¢ of items in it would cost, the total value would be reduced by 5¢.
Picking up or paying for devil deal items with this does not remove the angel deal chance.
Trying to pay for devil deal items while not having enough health instantly kills Isaac.
This cannot store consumables in shops surrounded by spikes from the effect of A Pound of Flesh.

Defeat Ultra Greed as 
Martha.
