Sanguine Jewel consumable
Sanguine Jewel is an unlockable consumable in Mastema, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Damages Isaac and activates one of the Sanguine Bond effects.
Unlike Sanguine Bond, this rune damages red hearts first.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Lamb as 
Tainted Mastema.
