Black card item
Black card is a passive item in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Golden Collection submod.
Description
Allows Isaac to buy items even if he does not have enough money. Instead, a debt is incurred based on the amount of money missing when purchasing an item.
The debt grants the following stat downs per ¢ owed:
-0.008 speed.
-0.02 flat damage.
-0.075 luck.
-0.02 shot speed.
Picking up 
Coins clears Isaac's debt instead of adding to his money if he is in debt.
Maximum amount of debt is -99¢.
Part of the Golden Collection mod.
