Blood of the abyss item
Blood of the abyss is a passive item in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Toybox Collection submod.
Description
On pickup Converts all of Isaac's Red Heart containers into Soul Hearts.
While held Negates 3 instances of damage on every floor.
The blue flies on the costume represent the number of hits Isaac can take before the shield breaks.
Each copy grants +3 additional shields.
Part of the Toybox Collection mod.
