Old relic is a passive item in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Toybox Collection submod.

Fills gaps by walking over them.

Moving periodically creates stomps.

Stomps deal 3x Isaac's damage, push enemies and pickups around, and trigger every ~2.7 seconds and can be increased/decreased based on Isaac's speed stat.
