The pail item
The pail is an active item in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Sewage Collection submod.
Description
On pickup Activates the Flush! effect.
On use Makes Isaac fart, poisoning nearby enemies.
Destroys all obstacles, opens all doors, and fills all pits in the room.
Spawns 3-12 random poops, including poops from IBS.
Has a ~9% chance to spawn a Giant Poop.
Part of the Sewage Collection mod.
