Flakes of gold is a passive item in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Golden Collection submod.
Description
Fills half of Isaac's hearts with Gold Hearts.
Makes Isaac's held trinkets golden.
Drops one of the following pickups:
• 40% → Golden trinket.
• 10% → 
Gold Heart.
• 10% → 
Golden Penny.
• 10% → 
Golden Bomb/
Golden Troll Bomb.
• 10% → 
Golden Key.
• 10% → 
Golden Battery.
• 10% → 
Golden Pill/
Golden Horse Pill.
