Hot wheels is a familiar in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Quarry Collection submod.

Spawns a minecart familiar that cannot move on its own, and requires Isaac to kick it, causing it to ride around the room and deal 1 contact damage per tick (4.29 per second).

Colliding with a breakable obstacle will destroy it.

Creates a splash of rocks when colliding with a wall or an enemy at high speed. The rocks deal 2.8 damage.

Burns enemies upon contact for 1.43 seconds, dealing 1 damage per tick.
