Soul cleaver is an active item in Preyn's Collection, a mod for The Binding of Isaac. It is part of the Cursed Collection submod.

Converts items in the room into 3 Lemegeton wisps for each.

2 of them have the same effect as the converted item, while the last one is random.

The random wisp has a 25% chance of being of the same item pool as the current room.

Using it on items without the summonable tag will only spawn one random wisp.

Items that haven't been bought can also be converted.
