Bag-o-Trash item
Bag-o-Trash is an unlockable familiar in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and blocks enemy projectiles.
Creates Blue Flies upon clearing a room.
Upon blocking a shot, has a 1.25% chance of being permanently destroyed, spawning Breakfast or Night Soil when doing so.
How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac as Tainted ???.
