Black Doll item
Black Doll is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Upon entering a new room, all enemies will be grouped into pairs at random.
Dealing damage to an enemy will deal 60% of that damage to the other enemy in the pair.
How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac as Tainted Judas.
