Blood Vessel is an unlockable active item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldUpon taking damage when the vessel is not full, damage is negated and the vessel is filled a little. After the sixth instance of damage, the vessel will be fully filled.

Upon taking damage when the vessel is full, deals three and a half red hearts of damage, and empties the vessel.

Upon picking up another active item when the vessel has blood, destroys the vessel and spawns AmountOfBlood / 2 amount of Half Red Hearts.

On useWhen the vessel is not full, does nothing.

When the vessel is full, deals three full red hearts of damage and empties the vessel.

Defeat ??? as Tainted Magdalene.
