Enraged Soul is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Double-tapping a fire button will launch a Soul familiar in the shooting direction. It has a 7-second cooldown.

The Soul will latch onto the first enemy it comes into contact with.

The Soul will instantly kill enemies with 10 HP or less and continue charging.

The Soul deals damage to the enemy it is latched onto for 7 seconds, equal to 3.5 × (1 + sqrt(CurrentStage)), 4.29 times per second.

On stage 1, this damage equals to 7 damage per tick (30 per second).

Defeat Satan as Tainted Forgotten.
