Handicapped Placard item
Handicapped Placard is an unlockable active item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Places a handicapped placard on the ground.
Enemies inside the placard's area of effect are weakened ( XI - Strength? effect) and spawn bone spurs on death.
The more empty heart containers Isaac has, the bigger the placard's area of effect.
How to unlock?
Defeat ??? as Tainted Forgotten.
