Stargazer's Hat is an unlockable active item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
General information
This item cannot be charged by clearing rooms or picking up batteries. It can only be charged by picking up Soul Hearts. It requires one full Soul Heart to charge. It can only be charged once per floor.
On use Spawns a 
Stargazer.
How to unlock?
Defeat ??? as 
Tainted Bethany.
