Red King item
Red King is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
After defeating a boss, a red crawlspace will appear in the middle of the Boss Room.
Entering the crawlspace will bring Isaac to an extra boss battle of a higher difficulty.
Defeating this boss will grant a reward of two Ultra Secret Room items to choose from.
The crawlspace can only be entered once, but it can be entered at any time after it spawns.
How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac as Tainted Jacob.
