The Hood item
The Hood is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Triples the chance to turn a 
Soul Heart into a Fettered Heart.
Fettered Hearts can now be picked up even at full soul health.
Fettered Heart's orbital ghosts gain homing tears.
How to unlock?
Earn all Repentance Plus completion marks as Tainted Forgotten.
