Helicopter Boys is an unlockable familiar in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a green helicopter and a red helicopter familiars, which fly around the room and attack enemies in their line of sight.

The green helicopter shoots little bullets 10 times per second that deal 0.7 damage at enemies from a further distance.

The red helicopter slowly shoots Epic Fetus airstrikes at enemies that deal 52.5 damage and moves slower.

Earn all Repentance Plus completion marks as Tainted Jacob.
