Sibling Rivalry is an unlockable familiar in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns an orbital familiar which switches between two states every 15 seconds. Both states block enemy shots and deal contact damage.

State 1: Two orbitals that quickly rotate around Isaac and deal 3 contact damage per tick (45 per second).

State 2: One orbital that rotates slowly and closer to Isaac that deals 6 contact damage per tick (90 per second). It shoots projectiles in random directions 2.5 times per second that deal 3.5 damage and spawns small puddles of red creep underneath, which deal 2 damage per tick (20 per second).

Defeat Mom's Heart or It Lives! as Tainted Jacob.
