Spiritual Amends item
Spiritual Amends is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Taking damage on the Sacrifice Room spikes has a 50% chance to spawn a Spiritual Reserves orbital ghost.
These ghosts now drop an 
Eternal Heart instead of a 
Half Soul Heart when they die.
How to unlock?
Earn all Repentance Plus completion marks as Tainted Lost.
