Friendly Sack item
Friendly Sack is an unlockable familiar in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a sack familiar that follows Isaac and drops small familiars once every three rooms.
Can spawn the following familiars:
• Blue Fly.
• Blue Spider.
• Random Locust.
• Random Friendly Dip.
• Giant Cell Minisaac.
• Sumptorium Blood Clot.
• Book of Virtues Wisp.
If the room where Friendly Sack would pay out is a Boss Room, it spawns a random Friend Finder monster instead.
How to unlock?
Defeat ??? as 
Tainted Lilith.
