Tower of Babel is an unlockable active item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Destroys all obstacles and blasts open all doors in the current room.
Applies permanent confusion to enemies in a small radius around Isaac.
How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac as 
Tainted Eve.
