Temper Tantrum item
Temper Tantrum is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Upon taking damage, Isaac has a 25% chance to enter Berserk! mode.
While in this state, every enemy damaged has a 5% chance to be erased for the rest of the run.
How to unlock?
Defeat Satan as Tainted Samson.
