Book of Judges is an unlockable active item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldIn uncleared rooms, multiple targets will appear on the ground. Every 3 seconds beams of light will strike at the targets' location.

At the start of the floor, activates the Spiritual Reserves effect, summoning 2 ghost familiars.

On useCan be used only if Isaac has at least one ghost familiar.

Prevents light beams from appearing in the current room and kills one ghost familiar.

Defeat ??? as Tainted Samson.

This item contributes towards the Bookworm transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac fire an extra tear 25% of the time.
