A Cat In the Box is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Enemies outside of Isaac's line of sight cannot move and cannot be damaged.
Bosses and mini-bosses are confused for 2 seconds instead.
How to unlock?
Defeat Isaac as 
Tainted Lazarus.
