Nerve Pinch is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Double-tapping a fire button will trigger a nerve pinch.
• Isaac takes fake damage and gains -0.03 speed.
• Activates Isaac's active item with an 80% chance without wasting a charge. One-time and infinite-use active items cannot be activated this way.
• Attempting to activate an item with a 6 or 12 room charge time will give an additional -0.03 speed down.

Can also trigger randomly while Isaac is walking, but without the active item use.

Defeat ??? as Tainted Lazarus.
