Book of Leviathan item
Book of Leviathan is an unlockable active item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On pickup +2 keys.
On useConsumes 1 key and cripples all enemies in the room.
Crippled enemies will lose speed over time and die after 12 seconds of having this effect. When crippled enemies die, they release a fountain of slowing black tears.
After two uses, has a 20% chance to transform into Unchained Book of Leviathan.
Has special synergies with key-related trinkets.
How to unlock?
Defeat ??? as Tainted Azazel.

Leviathan transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +2 Black Hearts.
