Unchained Book of Leviathan item
Unchained Book of Leviathan is an active item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Can be obtained from Book of Leviathan.
This item acts the same way as Book of Leviathan, but requires half a Red Heart per use instead of a key. Does nothing if Isaac does not have red health.
After three uses, has a 30% chance to transform into Open Book of Leviathan.
