DNA Redactor item
DNA Redactor is an unlockable passive item in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On death, if Isaac is holding a pill, he revives as a random character at half a heart in the same room and uses that pill.
How to unlock?
Defeat Satan as 
Tainted Lazarus.
