Ultra Flesh Kid! is an unlockable familiar in Repentance Plus, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that chases enemies and deals contact damage.

The familiar will attract and absorb red hearts. It will change levels based on the amount of collected hearts.
• Stage 1 (0-6 hearts): Chases enemies and deals 2 damage per tick (20 per second).
• Stage 2 (7-14 hearts): Now deals 2.5 damage per tick (25 per second).
• Stage 3 (15 hearts): After spending 1.5 seconds in an uncleared room, its head will pop off and bounce around the room. The popped-off head spawns red creep on the floor, while the headless body shoots 8 blood projectiles in a circle around itself.

Defeat ??? as Tainted Eve.
