Ophanim is an unlockable passive item in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a golden ring around Isaac.

While shooting, the ring will shoot 4 rotating tears that deal 3.5 damage and do not inherit Isaac's stats or tear effects.

The fire rate of the ring scales with Isaac's tears stat.

Upon taking damage, the ring will rapidly spin around the room and shoot out tears that deal 3.5 damage.

After bouncing off of walls twice, the ring will try to attach itself back to Isaac, and will keep shooting until it does.

Defeat Mom's Heart as Sarah.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
