Pilgrim's Ward is an unlockable passive item in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

An illuminated sigil appears in uncleared rooms.

Stepping onto the sigil will shoot out a homing white Maw Of The Void laser ring that deals Isaac's amount of damage and inherits his tear effects.

The sigil will instantly reappear in another position when stepped onto.

The radius of the laser ring scales with the distance to the closest enemy.

The laser is active for 0.5 seconds.

Defeat ??? as Sarah.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
