Pact of Champions is a shrine in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants 2 Vanity Points.
Grants Revelations enemies a 25% chance to become champions.
Can be acquired up to 3 times, further increasing the chances by +25%.
Obtaining it for the second time will also increase the chances of bosses becoming champions by +25%.
