Pact of Grounding is a shrine in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants 3 Vanity Points, or 2 on the last stage of the chapter.

Removes Isaac's ability to fly.

Can only appear if Isaac has flight either granted from an item, or the character itself is able to fly.
