Pact of Frost is a shrine in Revelations, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants 2 Vanity Points.
Turns the current room into a chill room, meaning Isaac can freeze in it, and spawns a Grill O' Wisp.
Warmth auras of Grill O' Wisps are 25% smaller, and they move 50% faster.
Enemies frost auras are 25% larger.
Reduces the time it takes for Isaac to freeze by 20%.
Chill rooms appear more often.
