My Manual is an active item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Active item with 1 charge made by Empty Book.
Possible on-use effects:
• Incantation: x1.25 damage multiplier in the current room.
• Praying: Grants half of a red heart.
• Collection: 50% chance to spawn a 
Penny.
• Forbidden: Deals 20 damage that pierces enemy armor.
• Protection: Grants a shield for 3 seconds.
• Familiars: Spawns a familiar from Cambion Conception in the current room.
• Exploration: Activates the effects of D10.
