Rod of Remorse item
Rod of Remorse is an active item in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Deals a full heart damage to Isaac (red hearts first) and triggers the effect of the sacrifice room.
The sacrifice room cycle for Rod of Remorse is independent to any sacrifice room, and will be reset at the start of the next floor.
