Sunflower Pot is a familiar in Reverie, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a potted sunflower familiar on Isaac's head.

Upon clearing a room, spawns a random pickup or rarely a random item from the current room's item pool.

When Isaac takes non-sacrificial damage, the sunflower dies and will produce a mega explosion after some time, dealing a heart of damage to Isaac.

This won't kill Isaac. The sunflower will revive at the start of the next floor.
