E.N.A: Evolutionary Notice Assistant is an unlockable passive item in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Makes certain events, like using an active item or entering a new room, have a chance to spawn an Ad which offers random link rewards, with a chance to instead be a Virus.

Holding the drop key for 2 seconds accepts the Ad; any time less and the Ad is closed.

In the top-left of the starting room of every floor, an Ena Module can be found.

Link Rewards Link Rewards are gained when accepting an Ad that is not a Virus.

The potential rewards consist of:
• Bombs, keys, or coins.
• Wisps or locusts.
• 1% chance for a Mama Mega! explosion, or a random collectible item.

Viruses Removes 0-3 keys, bombs, and coins.

Each Virus has a different way it needs to be completed:
• Ransomware → Steals a quality 4 or active item and places it on the floor, now costing 15¢.
• Botnet → For 7 rooms, an invincible bot randomly buffs nearby enemies. After 7 rooms and in an uncleared room, the bot becomes exposed and capable of being damaged.
• Multipartite → 2 random viruses take effect.
• Resident → A familiar teleports around the room to find nearby enemies. Once it has found one, it moves towards them and, if the familiar successfully makes contact, incurs a tears and damage down on Isaac, capable of stacking twice. The debuff is disabled by touching the familiar. Disabling it 6 times ends the virus.
• Overwrite → Isaac's held card is removed and their active charges, coins, bombs, and keys are entirely depleted.
• Boot Sector → The next uncleared room must be cleared 3 more times.
• Adware → Over time in uncleared rooms, spam popups spawn. Closing 15 spam popups ends the virus.
• Keylogger → At intervals, a hidden code of 4 inputs consisting of firing and movement keys is logged. If the code is entered, Isaac takes 1/2 heart damage. To stop this virus, 1 code must not be successfully inputted.
