Gulp Bombs is an unlockable passive item in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+5 bombs.
Grants a 33% chance to swallow Isaac's currently held trinket(s) upon taking damage from his own bombs.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mother as 
Enlightened Samson.
