Enlightened ??? is a character in Road to Enlightenment, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Starting items
Cede & HoldDescription
By default, has a 20% chance to fire a Small Maggot alongside his tears. Only 7 total maggots can exist at one time.
Maggots weaken enemies they attack.
Limbs
Losing a Bone Heart from taking damage causes a random Limb to be lost and grants 1 Broken Heart. This incurs stat changes, item grants and/or affect maggots.
Using a Brain removes a Broken Heart and regains a random Limb, disabling the effects of the limb loss.
Pills have a 10% chance of being a Brain.
Health
Can only have Bone and Rotten Hearts.
Soul Hearts gained turn into Pills. Other health pickups have a 33% chance of transforming into Bone or Rotten Hearts, otherwise they are coins instead.
