BedTime Story item
BedTime Story is an unlockable active item in Sacred Dreams, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a book that falls on the ground dealing 2.5 damage and applying somnolence to nearby enemies.
The book then starts spawning a set amount of character-specific fairy familiars.
The characters that don't have unique fairies yet will just spawn 2 Guppy fairies (Isaac's default synergy).
The fairies' familiars can block enemy projectiles and die.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mother as 
The Dream Guard.
