Sand Pouch is an unlockable active item in Sacred Dreams, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Isaac holds the Sand Pouch above his head and can throw a small cloud of sand by pressing a firing button.

The sand cloud applies somnolence and deals damage to enemies.

Only when held by The Dream Guard:

• Recharges 100% faster.
• Somnolence lasts 50% longer.
• Can be enhanced with unique abilities.
• The recharge time and Somnolence's duration are affected by the abilities held.

Defeat Delirium as The Dream Guard.
