Old Rattle is an unlockable passive item in Sacred Dreams, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a rattle that follows Isaac around.

The rattle starts shaking when Isaac is firing.

Upon each 3rd shake it shoots a bunch of star tears that spawn a ripple on impact with the floor or enemies.

The number of stars shot increases with each copy of this item in Isaac's inventory.

The stars shot inherit Isaac's tear effects.

The shaking speed depends on Isaac's fire rate.

Defeat Isaac as The Dream Guard.
