Moon Flower is an unlockable passive item in Sacred Dreams, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Gives Isaac a special charge bar that fills up upon collecting Moon Petals (max 6).

When Isaac has at least 1 petal:
Passively spawns spores around Isaac that follow nearby enemies and deal damage on contact.

Damage, spawn rate, and agro range of the spores increases with each petal collected.

Each petal collected when the charge bar is filled will be converted into +0.5 fire rate (max +3).

Taking damage will result in removing all extra fire rate and losing 1-3 petals from the charge bar.

Defeat Hush as The Dream Guard.
