Plushy Plum is an unlockable familiar in Sacred Dreams, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a plushy familiar that orbits around Isaac and protects him from incoming projectiles by taking the hit.

Can slam onto the ground, leaving blood creep and spawning 8 blood tears that fly in a circle.

Slams down onto the ground and 'dies' after taking 7 hits.

Can be revived by Isaac's touch.

Defeat Mega Satan as The Dream Guard.

This item contributes towards the Beelzebub transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight, converts small enemy flies into Blue Flies, and permanently charms larger enemy flies.
