Plushy Guppy is an unlockable familiar in Sacred Dreams, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a plushy familiar that follows Isaac around and protects him from incoming projectiles by taking the hit.

Attacks nearby enemies if there are no enemy projectiles around.

Falls down on the ground and 'dies' after taking 10 hits.

Can be revived by Isaac's touch.

Spawns 2-3 Blue Flies upon death.

Defeat Mega Satan as The Dream Guard.

This item contributes towards the Guppy transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and spawn a Blue Fly 66% of the time when a tear hits an enemy.
