Effigy of Acceptance trinket
Effigy of Acceptance is a trinket in Samael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Counts as a "Rock Trinket", thus is exclusive to the Golem character from Fiend Folio mod.
Grants a choice between two items in Treasure Rooms and Boss Rooms. However, the second option is always a blind one.
If any blind item is taken, grants +0.5 luck. and spawns a 
Soul Heart.
