Malakh Mot item
Malakh Mot is an unlockable active item in Samael, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Isaac turns into a reaper for 3 seconds. The effect can be ended prematurely by leaving the room.
While in reaper state, Isaac gains the following:
• Scythe attack (auto-swing, no charged attack) that deals x2 Isaac's damage.
• +0.40 speed.
• Invulnerability.
How to unlock?
Defeat Delirium as Samael.
